Translating Minimalism into Digital Efficiency
Lofothuset, a leader in tiny house design, needed a website that embodied their ethos: simplicity, sustainability, and functionality. The goal was to attract eco-conscious buyers with a clutter-free interface while ensuring rapid load times, SEO excellence, and seamless lead management. Key hurdles included balancing aesthetic restraint with technical robustness and creating an intuitive CRM for tracking user interest.

Clean Design Meets Cutting-Edge Tech
Using Figma and Next.js, we built a mobile-first site with a muted palette, organic textures, and modular layouts. Server components and static generation ensured fast load speeds (<1.5s), while AVIF image compression and lazy-loaded 3D tours preserved performance.
A custom contact form funneled leads into a dashboard, enabling Lofothuset to tag inquiries by home model, budget, and location, automate follow-ups, and track conversions.
